This property in Westmare was a complete renovation of a run down old state house, which we have transformed into a modern home.
Recladding
RECLADDING OF 16 UNIT TOWNHOUSES
65 Princess Street, Onehunga
This 16-unit block of townhouses required recladding across all units. Most companies would require units to have tenants removed in order to complete the job however we understand how difficult and inconvenient this can be for both landlords and tenants. So we found a way to work with our client to ensure that the Landlords were able to continue receiving much needed rental income albeit at a reduced rate while the job was completed. We also worked with each tenant to ensure they could retain their homes during the project.
We removed all plasterboard and upgraded the exterior cladding to weatherboard. We even completed a number of extensions on some of the townhouses during the project.
Why lose valuable tenants and income during a recladding project when with just a bit of flexibility every party can be taken care of.
